We’re growing – and w are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Associate Director to play a key role in the next chapter of Butters John Bee’s journey!

 

As a well-established name in the region with exciting expansion plans covering a 100-mile radius of Stoke on Trent, this is your chance to take on a senior leadership role at the heart of a dynamic and evolving commercial property team. You will bring your expertise across commercial agency and landlord & tenant matters, supporting our clients through high-quality advice, strategic insight, and hands-on delivery.

 

Working alongside the Director of Commercial, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships to mentoring junior surveyors and shaping the direction of the department, your impact will be immediate and lasting. If you are a confident leader with a clear vision and drive, MRICS qualified with strong commercial property experience and have a track record of delivering results, this is the opportunity for you!

As an Associate Director at Butters John Bee in Stoke On Trent, you will receive:

  • Complete on target earnings of £50,000+ 
  • A basic salary of £40,000-£45,000 per year, dependent on experience
  • Commission and bonus scheme
  • Company mobile and laptop, for work purposes
  • Full-time working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

How you will make an impact as an Associate Director at Butters John Bee:

  • Manage own caseload and schedule, supported by Admin Staff
  • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and provide quotations through valuations 
  • Undertake property inspections, measurements and valuation work for individuals, pension schemes and organizations
  • Oversee property transactions from instruction to completion, including negotiations and legal liaison
  • Conduct viewings and attend meetings 
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via meetings, phone and email
  • Support the Property Management team and Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Prepare Market Rent and Marketing reports for new and managed clients
  • Research strategies for business growth and departmental expansion
  • Lead a team with a clear vision, providing support and guidance, nurturing development
