Overview

Purpose

To provide comprehensive support for all current and future Just Mortgages New Build Division introducer accounts, this role will bridge the connection between JMNB and both internal and external introducer relationships.

 

Responsibilities include assisting the ‘Business Development Director’ in maintaining and enhancing existing introducer partnerships and proactively seeking and promoting new introducer clients.

 

The ultimate goal is to increase the number of opportunities and leads for JMNB, strengthening our growth and market presence.

 

 


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide ongoing support to JMNB by nurturing current and future introducer relationships.
  • Conduct weekly courtesy and management calls with existing and prospective introducers.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports for our introducers.
  • Collaborate closely with the mortgage progression team.
  • Manage daily inquiries from both internal and external introducers.
  • Develop and coordinate a weekend support rota and plan targeted IFA events.
  • Visit new build site locations as needed.
  • Assist with JMNB marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver training on the introducer portal and provide continuous support.
  • Monitor and report on introducer activity and lead generation efforts.
  • Proactively promote and attract new introducers to JMNB.

  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to monitor, evaluate and develop introducer relationships
  • Ability to effectively implement processes and make changes quickly and efficiently

  • Able to function independently and jointly as a member of the JMNB team

Background, Experience and Qualifications

 

  • Ideally 2 years experience working within the new build industry
  • Ideally experience working within the shared ownership sector
